Performance and reliability tests are carried out during R&D before products are put into production. Our finished products are 100% tested before delivery. The warranty period is 24 months.
6. How long is your lead time?
Sample orders are usually delivered in 1 week; bulk orders delivery time will vary from 20-35 days. Please contact us for valid delivery date.
7. How the shipment is arranged?
Shipment can be arranged by express, air, rail or sea. It depends on customers’ budgets and urgency. And usually the quote for samples is based on EXW and for 100pcs above is based on FOB. If you would like to use our forwarders, please let us know.
8. How to place an order?
Please contact the sales person for Proforma Invoice for the confirmed product with approved price. Your order will be arranged after the sales person confirms prepayment receipt to you.
